The reputation SERI.ART. srl has built over 30 years is also based on ethical standards, legal regulations, and conduct codes followed in our daily activities.

Our Code of Ethics defines the principles and behavioural guidelines that must be followed by administrators, employees, and collaborators in their professional roles. These principles serve as specific examples of the general obligations of diligence, fairness, and loyalty that should characterize work performance and behaviour within SERI.ART. srl.

The Code of Ethics is an integral part of contractual obligations, and any violation constitutes a breach of contract, which may lead to termination of employment and legal liability for damages.

Sustainability Report

Transparency towards stakeholders is a fundamental principle that guides SERI.ART. srl in all its activities. This commitment is also reflected in our decision to publish an annual Sustainability Report, voluntarily introduced in 2023.

Our Sustainability Report follows the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, the leading international guidelines for sustainability performance reporting.

Through an analysis of our activities' impact, we have identified priority sustainability pillars that we will focus on in the coming years.

The Sustainability Report document includes:

• A letter to stakeholders from senior management;
• A methodological note explaining the reporting principles, scope, engagement process, and materiality analysis;
• A company profile, covering mission, vision, values, activities, offered products/services, production organization, geographic presence, and company size;
• Governance & strategy, including corporate governance structure and sustainability strategy;
• Materiality reporting, addressing aspects related to customers, suppliers, employees, the local community, the environment, and economic, social, and environmental impacts.
