Inizialmente limitato alla sola applicazione di grafiche e/o guarnizioni su particolari di nostra produzione, negli anni le continue richieste del mercanto hanno portato ad una crescita esponenziale del reparto.

Nel 2022 abbiamo ottenuto la qualifica di Europen Adhesive Bonder in conformità alla normativa DIN 6701. Dall’anno successivo sono state installate linee di montaggio con lo scopo di eseguire assemblaggi meccanici più o meno complessi, compresa la gestione di intere BOM Cliente con parti in conto lavoro o acquistate in conto pieno.

Intrapreso con i principali clienti il montaggio di schede elettroniche con relativi test di collaudo finali eseguiti con apparecchiature dedicate.

Within our company, we have created a controlled and fully equipped work area to ensure maximum protection against electrostatic discharges.
Our workstations are equipped with:

conductive flooring and mats;
antistatic wrist straps and footwear for personnel;
ESD-certified workbenches and tools;
grounding systems and continuous monitoring of environmental conditions;
high-precision Kolver electronic screwdrivers, along with dedicated calibration and torque verification stations.

Our team is trained and continuously updated to ensure that every assembly phase meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
Thanks to this level of attention, we are able to provide reliable and compliant assemblies, even for the most sensitive applications.

With the introduction of ESD assembly, we combine our expertise in metal fabrication with the precision required by the electronics industry, offering complete solutions—from raw material processing to final product assembly.
